Raw material usage
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic ABS material + environmentally friendly silicone is used, so there's no need to worry about children having prolonged contact with it. It has CE/Rosh/EN47/ISO9001 certifications. After the raw materials arrive at the factory, the quality inspection department conducts testing on 5% of them to check their environmental friendliness and protective performance.
Production Process

During production, we utilize independently developed technologies to optimize processes, equipping key procedures with intelligent monitoring equipment and dedicated personnel for inspection. Before leaving the factory, all finished products undergo rigorous testing for appearance, performance, and reliability, ensuring that all products meet relevant quality specifications and customer customization requirements. Product testing
Before packaging, each product must undergo testing to ensure it functions properly. Products must meet our standards; any defective products must be reworked or scrapped.
1. Operational Test: Verify the product's functionality, volume buttons, and charging performance.
2. Appearance Inspection: Check for scratches on the casing.
3. Accessory Inspection: Confirm that the charger, data cable, multilingual instruction manual, and other accessories are complete.
4. Randomly select 2% of packaged products for unpacking and retesting:
① Functional Test (repeatedly perform 3 core functions)
② Label Inspection (CE, RoHS, and FCC marks are clearly visible)
